Returns, Refund & Order Policy
At urbanthreadsoe, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation & Changes
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

To request a cancellation or update, contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or email support@urbanthreadsoe.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned due to such errors, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products — not for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or wrong size ordered.

Supporting evidence (photos/videos) is required for return requests.

How to Request a Return
Email support@urbanthreadsoe.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.

We will notify you via email once your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the estimated processing time:

Recheck your bank or credit card account.

Contact your bank or payment provider.
