Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests within 180 days from the date of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final and refunds will not be issued.

Eligible Items:
  • Items that arrive damaged or broken

  • Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order

  • Receipt of incorrect items

  • Items with significant deviations from the product description

Ineligible Items:
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items missing original tags

  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues

  • Defective items not attributable to our oversight

  • Items bought on sale or clearance

Note: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the original sales receipt.


Returns & Refunds Procedure
1. Initiate the Request

Contact our support team within 180 days via email at support@urbanthreadsoe .com or through our Contact Us page.

Please include the following:

  • Name on the order

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos illustrating the issue

  • Your preference: Refund or Replacement

  • Shipping label or receipt (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase

2. Approval & Return Instructions

We will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address.

Do not send your return until you receive approval.

3. Shipping Your Return
  • Use a local post office or courier service.

  • Provide the tracking number after shipping.

  • For defective or damaged products, return shipping is free.

  • For other eligible reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Processing the Refund
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • You will receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.

  • If delays exceed 10–15 days, please contact your bank or card issuer.


Order Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellations
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value.

Exchanges
  • We do not offer exchanges for errors in order details (e.g., size, design, quantity). Please double-check your selections before purchase.

  • If you need to change an order, cancel within 24 hours and place a new one.
